During our production process, we meticulously test each fiber input for color, strength, and fiber length to prevent color variations and quality issues that may arise from lot changes. Based on the test results, we carefully select and blend our fibers.
Furthermore, we record all unusual situations we encounter during production and utilize this data and experience in future production runs to continuously improve our production. We focus on providing our customers with high-quality products that consistently meet color and quality standards. This ensures that customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
QUALITY CONTROL
In our 24-hour laboratory, every product entering production is meticulously and continuously inspected by our laboratory technicians. To assess quality, we knit yarns into fabric using our in-house knitting machines and test them in hosiery knitting. We also carefully test raw fabrics after knitting to prevent problems such as abrazing.
Through these comprehensive processes, we continuously monitor and improve the quality of our products.
